Return & Warranty

This policy outlines the terms under which customers may return items, request warranties, and receive refunds for purchases made through Leah & Fashion. By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products sold through Leah & Fashion, including clothing, accessories, and cosmetics, except for items explicitly excluded from returns or money-back guarantees as stated in Section 2.
2. Definitions
- Item: Any product purchased from Leah & Fashion.
- Return: The process by which a customer sends back an unused and undamaged item in exchange for a refund or replacement.
- Defective or Damaged Claim: A notification by the customer that an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Non-Delivered Order: An order that did not reach the customer despite confirmed shipment.
3. Standard Return Policy
- Customers may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
- Return requests must be submitted via email to service@leahfashion.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned to our return address.
- Original shipping costs paid by Leah & Fashion are non-refundable (free shipping was provided to the customer).
- Returns will only be accepted after approval by Leah & Fashion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie and undergarments
- Party wear
- Swimwear
- Earrings and piercings
- Cosmetics or skincare products (if opened)
5. Warranty for Defective or Damaged Items
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 7 days of receipt via service@leahfashion.com.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be included.
- Leah & Fashion will provide a free replacement.
- If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
6. Warranty for Non-Delivered Orders
- If an order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and tracking indicates the package was lost or stolen, Leah & Fashion will send a free replacement.
- This warranty does not apply if tracking confirms delivery.
7. Exclusive (Customer) Guarantee
- During checkout, customers may opt for our Exclusive Guarantee for an additional fee of $6.95 per order.
- This guarantee allows customers to return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund, except for products listed in Section 4.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
- For items returned under the Exclusive Guarantee, the original shipping costs paid by Leah & Fashion will be refunded (this applies only to returns processed through the Exclusive Guarantee and does not apply to standard returns).

Please note: This Exclusive Customer Guarantee is in addition to our standard warranties for defective, damaged, or non-delivered items described in Sections 5 and 6. Customers are still fully protected under those policies regardless of whether they choose this optional guarantee.
8. Return Process
- Download and complete the return form here: Download Return Form.
- Submit the completed form via email to service@leahfashion.com.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- Customers should package returns securely and use a trackable shipping method.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
10. Limitations and Disclaimer
- Leah & Fashion is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments during transit, unless caused by our error.
- This policy supplements statutory consumer rights and does not limit those rights where applicable.
